Celebrate Conservation Leadership
Now in its 16th year, the Rebel With a Cause Gala brings together the most influential political figures, business leaders, environmental visionaries, and philanthropists for Colorado's largest political event for the environment.
Deadline to RSVP is May 17th!
Conservation Colorado are honored to present this year's Rebel with a Cause Award to LaDonna Brave Bull Allard. Ms. Allard is a member of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe and a founder of the Sacred Stone Camp. She has been on the frontlines of the Dakota Access Pipeline fight for months and with her steadfast commitment to standing up for her people and their rights, Ms. Allard provided the much-needed spark to bring the Dakota Access Pipeline protests to national attention.
This year's Legislator of the Year award will be going to state Representative Diane Mitsch Bush. As a third-term conservation leader, Diane Mitsch Bush has continually stood up for the health of her constituents through her support of pro-environment and anti-pollution legislation. With a 100% score in Conservation Colorado's Conservation Scorecard, she truly represents the values of her constituents and Colorado as a whole.
