EPA Webinar: Coal Combustion Residuals Proposed Rule - Industry and Beneficial Use Impacts

EPA will be hosting two webinars on the Coal Combustion Residuals Proposed Rule. The webinars will include an explanation of the proposal by EPA staff, guidance on how to give official public comment, and an opportunity to address questions from participants. The webinars are not part of the official public comment process.

Due to the potential interest from many stakeholders, EPA would like to focus the questions submitted during the webinars in the following two areas:

1. Thursday, August 5, 2010, 2:00 pm-3:30 pm - Environmental/Health, Environmental Justice, and Community impacts

2. Thursday, August 12, 2010, 2:00 pm-3:30 pm - Industry and Beneficial Use impacts

All stakeholders are welcome to attend both webinars - the presentation by EPA staff will be identical.
